11 measles cases confirmed in Limpopo

The United Nations has repeatedly warned that a 'perfect storm' was brewing for new outbreaks of preventable diseases, with the pandemic disrupting routine vaccinations

JOHANNESBURG - There are now 11 confirmed cases of measles in Limpopo.

The National Institute for Communicable Diseases declared a measles outbreak earlier this month.

This comes after three cases from two healthcare facilities were reported in the same district.
