JOHANNESBURG - Service delivery frustrations are continuing for residents in multiple Johannesburg suburbs.
In Ebony Park, Midrand, a burst pipe was a blessing to some who used the opportunity to fill up after their taps ran dry.
While residents in neighbouring areas were left fuming at the thousands of litres of water going to waste.

The city has blamed an electrical fault at Rand Water's Zuikerbosch Water Treatment plant for the outages.
It says alternative water supply will continue to be arranged for affected areas.
Residents are being urged to use water sparingly.
