WATCH | VBS Bank Heist | Danny Msiza to know his fate on Friday

PRETORIA - Two of the 13 VBS corruption accused, Danny Msiza and Kabelo Matsepe will know on Friday, if the high court agrees to temporarily stay their prosecution and grant them a separate trial.

The two want their prosecution to be kept on hold, until a verdict of the Supreme Court of Appeals Court is delivered. 

However, the state opposes this application and argues that it’s a ploy to delay the trial.
