WATCH | Tsomo Fire | Relatives blame deaths on power outage

TSOMO - Relatives of an Eastern Cape family are blaming a power outage and a lack of running water for the deaths of their loved ones.

This comes after a devastating fire claimed the lives of a young mother, her two children and a relative.

Relatives say the family was forced to use candles, which set fire to the home.

A funeral was held for the family of four in Tsomo in the Eastern Cape.
