DURBAN - A new dawn for the city of Durban as it elects a new Mayor in the next few days.

The smart bets are on ANC heavyweight and former MEC Cyril Xaba.

Former mayor Mxolisi Kaunda was recalled by the ANC last week. He has taken up a seat in the National Council of Provinces.
