The shopping extravaganza has been anticipated by consumers since the beginning of the year. Furnisher, Fridges and other house appliances are the most popular to customers as the Festive Season kicks off.
Following house appliances is the demand for liquor and food specials which has grown rapidly in the past few years.
Vice President of Marketing at Massmart, Katherine Madley says other things are expected to do well are Air-conditioners, Pools and beverages because of the current heatwave.
