JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress's financial woes are far from over.

But the ANC disputes this, and argues that the contract awarded to Ezulweni to provide posters, was fraudulent.

The matter has been through the lower courts, with rulings favouring Ezulweni, but could end up with the Constitutional Court for arbitration.

For more on this, we speak to lawyer Shafique Sarlie, who represents Ezulweni Investment.
