PRETORIA - The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial faces the very real threat of a mistrial.
This is due to the continued absence of defence lawyer Thulani Mngomezulu.
He's been summoned to court to explain why he has not been in court for two weeks.
Mngomezulu was last in court last Monday following a week-long postponement.
This came after he reported feeling sick in court, prompting an adjournment.
It's led to the postponement of the cross-examination of lead investigator, Bongani Gininda.
