CAPE TOWN - South Africans waited with bated breath for Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana's budget speech but, much to the nation's surprise it's been postponed.
This is a first since the dawn of democracy.
National Assembly Speaker, Thoko Didiza, announced the speech has been moved to March.
She says parties to the government of national unity are not in tune when it comes to proposals made in Godongwana's speech.
