EAST LONDON - 12 people have been killed and others seriously injured in another head-on collision in the Eastern Cape.
It happened on the N2 outside Dutywa, near Nywarha Location on Saturday night.

The province's Road and Transport spokesperson, Unathi Binqose, said the road has been reopened.
A culpable homicide docket has been opened for further investigations.
"There's a greater responsibility on drivers to be extra cautious and be patient with one another so we can avoid head-on collisions," he said.
