Uncle reflects on songstress Winnie Khumalo's legacy

JOHANNESBURG - Winnie Khumalo's uncle is urging those in the music industry to live up to the legacy of her late niece.

Lindani Khulamo gave a tribute at the funeral service of the actress and Afropop singer in Soweto.

The songstress died last week after a short illness at the age of 51.

Speaking at Khumalo's funeral, Musician Chicco Twala says the music industry is not doing justice to artists.

Twala used the plaform to describe the difficult living conditions musicians are subjected to.
