SA’s water crisis | Organisations provide Kalafong Hospital with borehole

ATTERIDGEVILLE - Kalafong Hospital in Atteridgeville finally has access to clean and reliable water. 

This is the result of a borehole donation from Gift of the Givers and Bonitas Medical Fund.

Services there have been disrupted since last year due to water woes, with some patients being turned away without assistance -- even if scheduled for surgery. 

The partnership between Gift of the Givers and Bonitas began in 2018 with the objective to bring relief to those most in need, specifically in healthcare interventions.
