JOHANNESBURG - Don't panic. That's the message from Joburg water that's set to implement water throttling from Thursday as part of efforts to allow reservoirs to recover.
This is on top of level one water restrictions that are already in place for the metro.
The water utility says throttling will remain until further notice.
