JOHANNESBURG - The South African Human Rights Commission says it's considering taking the Flysfair incident to the Equality Court.
It involved an SABC employee verbally and physically attacking a flight attendant on a Durban to Cape Town flight.

As law enforcement investigates the assault, the air hostess and the Democratic Alliance have filed criminal complaints.
SAHRC Chairperson, Chris Nissen, says they'll consider if there have been any human rights violations.
