GQEBERHA - Services came to standstill at Dora Nginza hospital in Nelson Mandela Bay as healthcare workers downed tools in protest.
They're demanding the Eastern Cape Health Department pay them for overtime dating back to October last year.
Staff have been protesting since Monday and patients say they've received little to no services since then.
The health department has condemned the protest action.
