JOHANNESBURG - The case against former ANC MP Pule Mabe and his co-accused has been postponed until 17 June.
They appeared in the Palm Ridge magistrate's court on Tuesday, facing fraud and theft charges.
The case follows a Special Investigating Unit probe into a R27-million tender.
The unit says the contract was unlawfully awarded to Enviro Mobi in March 2017.
The tender was for 200 three-wheeled waste collection vehicles known as 'tuktuks, and includes R6-million in storage costs paid by the Gauteng government.
Mabe says he resigned as a director of Enviro Mobi before the tender was awarded.
