JOHANNESBURG - The Presidential Climate Commission is very, very worried.
It says the country is not ready to handle the effects of climate change or extreme weather.
It comes as large parts of the country wade out of floodwaters.
"These weather patterns are coming. The big question is are we prepared and we're worried," said Crispian Olver.
"There is work that has to be done to improve the resilience of these kinds of extreme weather events."
