PRETORIA -Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana announced on Wednesday that he will present a revised national budget on 21 May, 2025.

This decision follows the Western Cape High Court’s ruling to set aside Parliament’s earlier adoption of the 2025 Fiscal Framework, prompting a re-evaluation of the country’s fiscal strategy.
“If we work together, stay focused, and persevere, we can chart a better course for our economy. That is my commitment to South Africans, and it is what we aim to achieve when we table the new budget,” he said.
