KOMATIPOORT - South Africa has offered to facilitate peace talks in Mozambique.
It comes after the resurgence of post-election violence in our northern neighbour.
The Constitutional Council affirmed Frelimo's victory, but opposition leader Venanciao Mondlane is vowing to install himself as President on 15 January.

The situation is hurting the South African economy, with the Lebombo Borer Post closed again to trucks.
Mpumalanga Premier Mandla Ndlovu is urging companies to not send drivers to the border.
The BMA says it will issue regular updates to indicate when it may be safe for trucks to enter Mozambique, all dependent on the political situation in the neighbouring country.
