Morero: City of Joburg is financially stable

JOHANNESBURG - The City of Johannesburg is doing well financially. 

That's according to new mayor Dada Morero, who previously served as the city's finance MMC.

Morero is urging customers to continue paying their rates and taxes. 

He says this will help restore the city to its former glory.
