CAPE TOWN - The Weather Service is warning of another cold front in the Cape Metro, Drakenstein and Stellenbosch.
It will bring more disruptive rain to the region.
Residents in low-lying areas are urged to exercise caution, with many parts of the Western Cape flooded.
Several highways are also impassable due to heavy snowfall.
Heavy rain on Sunday forced Cederberg residents to flee their homes near the Olifants River.
Many informal settlers have also fled.
