JOHANNESBURG - The state has postponed the case against IEC Commissioner Nomsa Masuku to 7 November.
Masuku faces charges of fraud, theft and money-laundering while at Standard bank.
She was head of the bank's corporate social investment.
During the time she allegedly siphoned funds from the bank's 'Adopt A School Trust'.
She is out on bail of R20,000.
NPA Spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwane says the state still needs to arrest the other three accused in the matter.
