PIETERMARITZBURG - The apartheid regime murdered former ANC President-General, Chief Albert Luthuli, in cold blood.
That’s the submission by ANC veteran, Jeff Radebe.
He's been testifying at the inquest into Luthuli's death at the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg.

Luthuli died in 1967 with the then government claiming he was hit by a goods train.
Something both his family and the ANC have long disputed.
