SALDANHA BAY - Judge Nathan Erasmus is expected to rule on the admissibility of confessions in the Joshlin Smith kidnapping trial.
Jacquen Appollis and Steveno van Rhyn claim police tortured them into making the statements.
But police deny the allegations and medical experts testified they found no signs of assault
The then 6-year-old Joshlin disappeared from her Middelpos home last February.
Her mother Kelly Smith, boyfriend Appollis and friend Van Rhyn are on trial for the kidnapping.
