DURBAN - KwaZulu-Natal Education MEC Sipho Hlomuka is cracking down on unsafe scholar transport.
This comes after a series of accidents that injured over 30 pupils in one month.
Many of these involved unroadworthy vehicles and poorly vetted drivers.
The MEC has been conducting inspections in Jolivet to ensure stricter safety measures.
