DURBAN - The ANC in KwaZulu-Natal is trying to strengthen the tripartite alliance in the province.
Provincial Task Team convenor, Jeff Radebe, says this is crucial to regain its majority.
But, the party's relationship with its partners has often been on shaky ground.
Its allies have accused it of arrogance, neglect and failing to consult.
Sanco even went so far as to sever ties with the party in KZN, although that decision was later reversed.
