JOHANNESBURG - The case against 24-year-old Mozambican national Phethe Simiao has been postponed to next Friday.
He will then apply for bail.
He's been charged with the rape and murder of Amantle Samane.

The body of the 6-year-old girl was found inside a shack in Orlando East, on Monday.
Angry community members say the accused must not be granted bail.
