SALDANHA BAY - The main trial in the Joshlin Smith kidnapping and human trafficking case is set to restart on Tuesday.
The judge has ruled that the statements of two accused can be used against them in the main trial.

Jacquen Appollis, Steveno van Rhyn and Joshlin's mother, Kelly Smith, are charged with kidnapping and trafficking of the little girl, who has been missing since February last year.
