SALDANHA BAY - The state is expected to call its fifth witness in the Joshlin Smith kidnapping trial.
It's being held at the Western Cape High Court, sitting at the Saldanha Bay Multi-Purpose Centre.

Last week Sergeant Meyer Milstein, the first investigating officer in the case, took the stand.
He testified Joshlin’s mother, Kelly, showed no signs of distress when he took her statement.
Kelly Smith, Jacquen Appollis and Stevano van Rhyn are charged with kidnapping and human trafficking.
