Mxenge was brutally murdered back in 1981 and at the time his daughter, Ntombodidi Makhanya was only just eight-years-old.

Makhanya who was also present during the court proceedings noted the postponement calling for justice.

"This is important to us, as a family we want justice to be done there is nothing beautiful when a family member passes on brutally and there is no justice. Painful and tiring as it is, we will soldier on. We want justice to be done,"she said.
