JOHANNESBURG - There are once again more barriers to getting the infamous Guptas back to South Africa to face trial.
This is despite the UAE approving papers to extradite the brothers.
Investigating Directorate Head, Andrea Johnson, says there are issues over jurisdiction.
The emirates have indicated it intends charging the Guptas and they therefore can't be extradited.
Johnson says it's all very puzzling.
