JOHANNESBURG - There's no Constitutional time frame for when the President must appoint a new Cabinet.
That's according to the Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution.
After President Cyril Ramaphosa's inauguration on Wednesday, the national executive was dissolved.
Government is now continuing to function without Ministers.
"I don't think there's any change of policy direction in the new government that is being formed, the civic service can function according to the policy framework that's already in place," said CASAC's Lawson Naidoo.
