JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng remains the country's serious crimes hub.
This is according to the Hawks' first-quarter crime stats.
The unit's head Godfrey Lebeya says the province also has the most arrests and convictions.
"Different types of crime are happening in Gauteng," he said.
