JOHANNESBURG - The Gauteng health department has concluded its probe into the death of Miriam Singh and her unborn baby.
The 32-year-old died shortly after being admitted at Westbury Clinic on Sunday.
Members of the Westbury community protested at the clinic this week, saying Singh was fine when she went into the facility.
