PELINDABA, North West - The risk of rolling blackouts has been averted for now.
Eskom had warned about the possibility of implementing power cuts following the loss of generation capacity on Monday.
The utility has been able to avert that after generation units were returned to service.
But alarm bells are ringing after three rounds of power cuts since February.
