JOHANNESBURG - Eskom is still managing to keep the lights on.
But, some Soweto residents have been without electricity for months.
Residents of Dobsonville have been in the dark after an electricity box caught fire.
They say over a hundred households have been affected.
It comes as Eskom works to restore the Zola substation that exploded two weeks ago.
