JOHANNESBURG - The DA says the MK Party should choose another of its MPs to represent it on the Judicial Service Commission.
It's filed court papers to block impeached Judge John Hlophe from serving on the body.
The JSC found Hlophe guilty of gross misconduct, which eventually led to his impeachment.
"We actually would welcome if they would have another MK MP serve on the JSC and just not him," said DA spokesperson Karabo Khakhau.
