ATLANTIS - A Western Cape couple, aged 46 and 38, continued with their bail application in the Atlantis magistrate's court.
They were arrested on multiple charges, including rape and trafficking in persons.
The arrest took place two weeks ago by a team from multiple law enforcement agencies.
The couple’s two minor children are in the custody of social development.
The complainant, a South African citizen, worked for the couple in Qatar and in South Africa.
The bail application will resume on 21 November.
