DURBAN - In KwaZulu-Natal, Health MEC Nomagugu Simelane was on hand to welcome Christmas babies.
But, joy turned to despair when she discovered some girls were now mothers at the age of 15.

This means they were impregnated while just 14 years old.
Simelane says this is a major concern and the men involved should be charged.
