BLOEMFONTEIN - Her family claims she's innocent and she's denied any wrongdoing in the R255-million asbestos contract.
That's former Free State Premier Ace Magashule’s former personal assistant, Moroadi Cholota.
Her bail application continues on Tuesday morning in the Bloemfontein magistrate's court.
It was postponed on Monday after she was charged with fraud, corruption and money laundering.
It's linked to the asbestos tender scandal which was awarded during Magashule's tenure as Free State Premier.
In her affidavit, she maintains her innocence and says she should be released like her co-accused.
But, the state says it will show why Cholota needs to remain behind bars.
