JOHANNESBURG - The saga surrounding former Miss South Africa contestant Chidimma Adetshina continues.
Home Affairs has identified three officials involved in the registration of her birth in Johannesburg.
Adetshina’s citizenship status is being probed after preliminary findings indicated potential fraud.
It's believed her mother may have committed identity theft in 2001 when registering her daughter's birth.
The Department told a Parliamentary committee that one official has since died.
It's focussing its investigation on the two other officials who may have played a role.
