Cellphone data evidence in the spotlight at Meyiwa murder trial

PRETORIA - The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial continues at the High Court in Pretoria.

The defence is expected to continue poking holes in cellphone data evidence allegedly linking all five accused.

The defence denies the accused were near the crime scene in the hours leading to the soccer star's death.

The state alleges Mthobisi Mncube pulled the trigger, while Fisokuhle Ntuli, was hired to carry out the hit. 

There have also been allegations it was orchestrated by Meyiwa's then-girlfriend, singer Kelly Khumalo.

Vodacom forensics supervisor Pinky Vythilingam is back on the witness stand.
