CAPE TOWN - Cape Town pupils have been frozen out of schools on Thursday.
Classes have been suspended as cold fronts batter the Cape of storms.
Heavy rains and gale-force winds have already caused widespread damage with 82 schools damaged.
Schools in Cape Town, the Winelands, Overberg, and the West Coast are closed.
