JOHANNESBURG - Rolling blackouts have been reduced to Stage 4.
This comes after the country was thrown into Stage 6 over the weekend.

Eskom says five units at Majuba station, two at Camden and one at Medupi have been recovered.
Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa ruled out sabotage for the units tripping.
He assured the public the country would be out of the woods by the end of the week.
