Alleged insurance payout killer back in court

JOHANNESBURG - It's a step closer to justice for victims of alleged insurance payout killer, Agnes Setshwantsho.

A trial date is expected to be set when she appears at the North West High Court in Mahikeng.

Setshwantsho faces several charges including murder, fraud, and defeating the ends of justice.

She is accused of killing her son Kutlo and her niece Bonolo Modisaemang to cash out on life insurance policies.  

The state revealed Setshwantsho had insured at least 40 family members with five different insurance companies. 

She was arrested following a tip-off from family members.
