2024 elections | Voters face long queues, IEC slammed for delays

JOHANNESBURG - As the polls closed, many voters faced frustratingly long queues, particularly in areas like Wits and Thokoza.

Wednesday's election saw many South Africans stepping out in large numbers to cast their ballots.

Delays at some voting stations were caused by bad network connections.
