CAPE TOWN - Conservationists are stressing dwindling global shark populations hold disastrous consequences for marine ecosystems.
There’s been a dramatic decline in the number of Great White Sharks in particular, spotted in the False Bay area since 2017.
Experts say there’s been a slight uptick in their prevalence recently, with four great whites sighted since December.
