SA Tourism | Tintswalo Atlantic receives five-star recognition

CAPE TOWN - Built on the land where Chapman's Peak meets the Atlantic Ocean, the Tintswalo Atlantic is one of Cape Town’s only true beach lodges.

The Tourism Grading Council of SA handed this lodge a 5-Star Premium certificate.

This is without a doubt one of the most exclusive hotels in the country.

But what informs the five-star status?

Tourism SA's chief Quality Assurance Officer, Brownwen Auret explains.

"When we award a five-star premium status we look at all the categories in which the product is featuring and they have to obviously achieve five-star status from the onset."
