Intellectual Property Rights | Consumers question authenticity of skin care products

JOHANNESBURG - The removal of a skincare product from Dis-Chem's shelves, has highlighted the need for authorities to be vigilant for trademark infringements. 

Sol de Janeiro products were withdrawn after customers questioned their authenticity.
