Influenza to be around for next 4 to 6 weeks
DURBAN - As the influenza season of 2024 gets underway, a research professor urging South Africans to get the flu shots to lower their risk of contracting the illness.
According to Tulio de Olveira of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, vaccination can stop the spread of the flu, which will likely persist for the next four to six weeks.
